Great Blue Heron Painting Finished

I finished this one up last weekend. I'm just now getting around to posting it. This is my final piece for my solo exhibition opening this Friday at the Canvasback Gallery.

Thank you Jim...nice to hear, since I struggled with the heron's color a bit! I kept re-doing his body color. I must've went over it 3 or 4 times.

This is a beautiful painting, not only because you captured the bird's entire manner, but also because it is painted so beautifully. Happy to see you are about to have a solo show, enjoy!
